The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a sense of art, conveniently located in the center of San Jose. The service was fantastic overall, although there was one rude staff member in the restaurant/bar. The location is perfect for exploring on foot, being right in the city center. The dining experience had good options but limited portions. The facilities were well-maintained.
